OpenAI Introduces ChatGPT Enterprise
OpenAI is venturing into the corporate world with its newly released service: ChatGPT Enterprise. This model ensures the utmost privacy and security for its users, with OpenAI committing not to train its AI by using any data from business conversations.
ChatGPT Enterprise not only encrypts business conversations while in transit but also when stored. It is also SOC 2 compliant. All features have already been tested successfully by corporations including The Estée Lauder Companies, Block, and Canva, among others.
What can businesses expect?
Fast & Flexible Service: ChatGPT Enterprise allows for 2x quicker access to GPT-4. It also offers an expanded 32,000-token context for handling 4x as much input/output text compared to the Pro-tier version.
Unlimited Data Analysis: The plan provides unlimited access to an advanced data analysis tool (earlier known as Code Interpreter) enabling fast inspection of large volumes of data.
Administrative Console: Companies can easily supervise employees' usage, including building shared chat templates to streamline common workflows.
Free API Credits: OpenAI offers free credits for API use that can assist in creating custom chatbots.
OpenAI has announced that while they are targetting larger corporations now, they plan to launch a version for smaller businesses in the future. The pricing isn't made public yet but can be custom-tailored to suit each company's size and usage requirements.
